As an auxiliary organization, the Globe Guilders are organized by and existing under authority of the Board of Directors of The Old Globe. The organization’s business and activities are performed by volunteers operating as its Steering Committee, under the direction of its Executive Committee.
The Officers of the Globe Guilders are elected by the membership every year. The elected officers, listed below, serve as the Executive Committee of the organization.

The Globe Guilders’ officers also serve as members of the Steering Committee. In addition to the officers listed above, the Globe Guilders’ president organizes the committees that work, in various capacities, toward meeting the organization’s objectives, and invites selected members to join the Steering Committee. The officers work closely with the president and each other to select committee chairs and members among the Globe Guilders’ membership.
For example, the social vice president recruits a Steering Committee member to act as chair for each Globe Guilders-sponsored social event throughout the year, directing their planning and work, reporting to the president.
